Unveiling 3.3.3 - Discover the Cutting-Edge Karaoke Functions Upgraded for Pioneer CDJs

We recently launched free 3.3.3 updates to DEX 3 and RED Mobile 3 and Karaoke DJs will enjoy some of the changes and new tweaks.

Most notable is the change to the singers list/side list present in both our DJ software platforms.

Many of our software users expressed the need to inject filler music (bumper music ) in between singers — and in previous versions of DEX 3 and RED Mobile 3 doing so would mean the next singers display (next three singers that are displayed on the singers screen 2) would not show singers below the audio tracks in the sidelist, otherwise truncating it. Now in 3.3.3 both DJ software platforms will display your next three singers when the deck is idle, no matter where they are in the list.

For Example, if your side list looks like this:

1. Karaoke Song – Singer RYAN
2. Regular Music
3. Regular Music
4. Karaoke Song – Singer ANNA
5. Regular Music
6. Karaoke Song – Singer MADISON

You would see Ryan, Anna and Madison displayed on the singers screen when the deck is stopped, even through there regular tracks in between them.

Another minor tweak that makes a quality difference is the background behind the singers on the next singers screen is now jet black, instead of grey — which we’re sure you’ll agree is more aesthetically on point.
